Relo is committed to making the Platform usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use to access it. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the website and application.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. Some newer or more visual areas of the Platform — the ecosystem diagram and coverage map on the homepage, and some data visualisations in the Pro Center — are less thoroughly tested with screen readers than the core booking and messaging flows, and are being worked through in order of how frequently they're used.
If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on Relo, please contact us through the Help & Support page or at accessibility@relo.co.uk. Tell us the page you were on and the assistive technology you were using, and we'll prioritise a fix.
This statement reflects an honest, current assessment rather than a formal audit. A full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance audit by an independent accessibility reviewer is a recommended step before launch.
