These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Relo, including our website, mobile applications, booking tools, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Relo.
Relo acts as a marketplace connecting clients with independent health, fitness, and wellness professionals ("Pros"). Relo is not the employer of any Pro and does not directly provide coaching, training, or therapeutic services. Bookings made through the Platform form a direct agreement between the client and the Pro. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relo is not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, or conduct of any Pro, and does not guarantee any particular outcome from a session.
Pros are required to submit identity documents and relevant certifications before they can accept bookings, and these are checked against the information the Pro provides at the time of listing. Verification confirms that a Pro has supplied valid, current documentation — it is not a guarantee of the quality of any specific session, and clients should exercise their own judgement when selecting a Pro.
Clients may cancel a confirmed session free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session, or no-shows, may be charged in full at the Pro's discretion, in line with the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking. Pros who cancel on a client are subject to the same notice requirements under their own Pro agreement.
Pros are required to hold valid professional indemnity and public liability insurance appropriate to their discipline, and to keep this current while listed on the Platform. Relo verifies that a policy is held at listing time but is not a party to, and does not underwrite, any Pro's insurance policy — coverage, limits, and exclusions are determined solely by the Pro's own insurer.
Pros may publish and sell digital products — programs, guides, and courses — through the Relo marketplace. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that product; it is not a sale of the underlying content, which remains the Pro's intellectual property. Relo facilitates the transaction and takes a platform commission but is not the seller of record for the content itself.
The Relo AI assistant can answer questions and, where you explicitly approve it, take actions on your behalf such as proposing a booking. No booking, payment, or account change is ever executed by the assistant without your explicit confirmation. Responses are generated by a third-party AI model and, like any AI system, may occasionally be inaccurate — the assistant is a convenience, not a substitute for reading your actual booking, payment, or medical information directly.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Relo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in conduct that endangers other users.
This page reflects how the Platform actually works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified solicitor and should not be relied upon as a final or binding statement of Relo's terms — that review is a required step before launch.
