This policy explains the cookies and similar local-storage technologies Relo uses, what each one does, and the choices available to you. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
These are required for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled. We don't ask for consent to set these, because the Platform cannot work without them.
Several parts of the Platform — your cart, saved/favourited pros, recently viewed profiles, notification read-state, and in-progress booking flows — are kept in your browser's local storage rather than sent to Relo's servers or any third party. This data stays on your device, is never used for tracking or advertising, and is cleared if you clear your browser's site data.
Relo does not currently set any third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes — for example, to understand aggregate usage patterns — we will update this page with the specific cookies involved, and ask for your consent first, via a cookie banner, where required by law.
Because relo_session is essential, the only way to remove it is to sign out or clear your browser's cookies for this site — doing so will sign you out. You can control cookies more broadly through your browser's settings, including blocking or deleting cookies from specific sites.
This inventory reflects what the Platform actually sets today. If we add analytics, marketing, or other non-essential cookies before launch, this page — and the consent flow around it — will be updated first.
